TGPL operates a dedicated crude oil pipeline network connecting the Gulf of Thailand offshore platforms, the Map Ta Phut refinery complex, and the Bangkok refining and storage hub. Our crude system features:

• High-capacity pipeline with 24-inch to 36-inch diameter mainlines
• Pumping stations equipped with advanced SCADA control systems
• Heated pipeline sections for high-viscosity crude grades
• Real-time flow monitoring and leak detection systems
• Dedicated storage terminals with 2 million barrel aggregate capacity

2. Natural Gas Distribution

Our natural gas pipeline network supplies power generation plants, industrial estates, and commercial facilities across central and eastern Thailand. Key capabilities include:

• High-pressure (60-80 bar) transmission pipelines with 12-inch to 30-inch diameters
• Compressor stations ensuring consistent pressure across the network
• City gate stations for pressure reduction and metering
• Gas quality monitoring and odorization systems
• 24/7 dispatch and remote monitoring for uninterrupted supply

3. Refined Petroleum Products

TGPL's multi-product pipeline system efficiently transports diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, and LPG from refineries to distribution terminals. Our system is designed for:

• Batched transportation allowing multiple products in a single pipeline
• Interface detection and separation systems for product purity
• Distribution terminals with truck loading racks and tank storage
• Aviation fuel supply to Suvarnabhumi and Don Mueang airports

4. Pipeline Maintenance & Integrity

We offer comprehensive pipeline maintenance services including in-line inspection (ILI), cathodic protection monitoring, and integrity assessment programs compliant with international standards (API 1160, ASME B31.8).

5. Storage & Terminal Operations

Strategic storage facilities at key locations provide buffer capacity and distribution flexibility. Our terminals feature automated loading systems, vapor recovery units, and real-time inventory management.
